Warranty

The products of Alt Alt Bike Products have a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects and are guaranteed to work upon purchase.

Alt Alt Bike Products will refund products purchased directly from us at our discretion.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase and a small re-stocking fee.

Freight charges for items returned to Alt Alt Bike Products are the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not apply to products that have been incorrectly used according to the Alt Alt Bike Products respective installation instructions.

This warranty does not apply when the product has been modified.
